The NutriChef Vacuum Sealer is a great option for vacuum sealing food pouches for your next sous vide cook. Simply fill your food pouch with your ingredients including any marinade or sauce and seal it with the NutriChef Vacuum Sealer. Then put your vacuum sealed food pouch into your water bath with a sous vide immersion circulator (or into your sous vide water bath) and your sous vide machine will take care of the rest.

Two selectable modes provide your food with the best possible preservation based on the type of food you want to seal. You can choose the dry indication for solid food items and the moist indication for poached, simmered or steamed food.
