This flexible BPA free plastic lid allows you to firmly clamp your vacuum sealed bags to the container. This helps to avoid swimming or floating bags in your water bath
Minimize your water evaporation with long sous vide cooks without having to refill water
Provides perfect access to foods – simply collapse the lid to refill or remove foods from the water bath at any time
