Ketogenic and other low carb diets are not for everyone

Setting yourself up for sous vide cooking
Sous vide cooking does not need to be expensive. It can be. But it doesn’t have to be. There are two main kitchen gadgets that you can use to enjoy sous vide cooking. The first is a sous vide water oven such as the SousVide Supreme water oven and the other is called a sous vide immersion circulator (also commonly called a precision cooker). The two most popular immersion circulators are the Anova Sous Vide Immersion Circulator and the Joule by ChefSteps. Immersion circulators tend to be more popular as they take up less room than water ovens. To learn more about sous vide cooking feel free to head to our FAQ and our Resources page.
